Raintrust Foundation is a publicly supported charitable organization exempt from federal income tax as described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code whose mission is to preserve the Amazon Rainforest. Contributions are deductible to the full extent allowed by law. Raintrust Foundation is offering contributors Certificates of Sponsorship of acres being protected in Raintrust's Nature Reserve in the Brazilian rainforest, and is not offering contributors who receive these Certificates of Sponsorship any ownership interest in Raintrust's Brazilian rainforest protected acres. The laws of Brazil preclude non-residents from having an ownership interest in the Brazilian rainforest. Contributors who receive Certificates of Sponsorship will be entitled to a charitable contribution to the full extent allowed by law for their contribution.

We will communicate with you by e mail or by posting notices on this site. Disputes: Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to the Site or Raintrust Foundation's Certificates of Sponsorship premiums you receive through Raintrust Foundation shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in San Francisco, California, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Raintrust Foundation's intellectual property rights, Raintrust Foundation may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of California, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

Risk of loss: All premiums received from Raintrust Foundation are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
